Solidaridad and Mastercard support next generation of cocoa farmers

Solidaridad in West Africa has launched an innovative programme targeting young people in cocoa growing communities in Ghana. The programme known as MASO focuses on creating employment opportunities for youth aged 18 to 25. Jobs for young people in most rural communities are non-existent, while the youth also lack the skills needed to create jobs

Solidaridad appoints Stonebwoy as brand ambassador for youth in cocoa cultivation

Stonebwoy, a famous Ghanaian Afropop, dancehall and reggae artist is collaborating with Solidaridad West Africa as a brand ambassador for employment creation through cocoa cultivation for young people in Ghana.
